Oats Idli

Give your family wholesome, nourishing and tasty meals every day by simply adding Oats. With its rich texture and natural flavour, Oats can be used as an ingredient to enhance every dish, adding tasty goodness to your meals.


- 1/2 cup powdered Oats

- 1/2 cup semolina/suji

- 1 cup low fat curd

- salt to taste

- 1/2 cup water

Method of Preparation:

- For powdered oats, roast Oats for 2-3 minutes. Cool and grind in a mixer.

- Mix all the ingredients with water to make a thick but smooth batter.

- keep aside for 10 minutes

- Pour into the idli stands and steam for 10-15 minutes
